We sure do waste lots of money on eradicating, that could be better
spent in the schools system and elsewhere. Only 10 percent of all
marijuana is actually being eradicated 90 percent of the people out
there are still getting away with it anyway. ... Marijuana's not
hurting anybody. Aloha.
