TETLEY SHOULD RESEARCH MARIJUANA
Detective Pat Tetley should research the relative harm associated with
illegal drugs before advocating a tougher stance on marijuana.
("Marijuana a growing concern for police," April 12). While it is true
that stronger strains of marijuana have been developed in recent
decades, no one has ever found any cannabis strong enough to cause a
lethal overdose. That can't be said about cocaine or heroin, or
alcohol for that matter.
