RAVES BLOWN OUT OF PROPORTION

AS A security guard and a raver, I'm a little disgusted at Rick Bell's
April 19 column about the people of Forest Lawn. As someone who has
been consistently attending raves at Rollerland, in one form or
another, I can say his article is blown out of proportion and these
people are whining about nothing. Our biggest occurrences at the last
rave were having two cars broken into and a very minor fight lasting
all of 30 seconds before security was on them. The majority of ravers
attend to dance and enjoy the music and each other. The people of
Forest Lawn want to take this away.
