POLICE WON'T RETURN WOMAN'S LEGAL POT
Waterloo police seized pot from a woman who is legally
authorized to use it but won't return it because that would be
trafficking? I may not be a legal expert or a police officer, but it
seems to me that there's a name for taking something from
someone that he or she legally owns and then refusing to return it:
It's theft.
