SAFE ROOMS WILL ASSIST

EVER since the introduction of heroin injecting rooms I have read and heard
nothing but bad opinion through the media. These injecting rooms, I
belleve, add an element of control to an aspect of society over which we
have had no control for years.

Through these injecting rooms we now have the ability to reach and assist
those unfortunate people addicted to heroin.
