I WONDER IF JUSTICE SCOTT BROOKER IS PROUD OF HIS EFFORTS,
("Couple ends drug law fight", April 29).
Brooker has handed a nine-month jail sentence (albeit suspended) to Anne
Marie Kinsey for medical marijuana. John Kinsey faces even harsher
punishment. But their actions have not harmed anyone! How can there be a
crime without a victim?
