LOSING WAR ON DRUGS
I have been taking a class on health. I have learned a lot about drug and
alcohol abuse. I think that the war on drugs is not getting any better. If
anything, it is getting worse.
In my opinion I think the most commonly used drug of the San Ramon Valley is
marijuana. This drug seems to me to be what most people use to relax. This
drug can stay in your hair for up to four months. The effects of this drug
for a long period of time are still really unclear up to today.
Alcohol also seems to be used a lot. Though it is legal if you are over the
age of 21, many under-aged teens get caught up, finding themselves to be an
alcoholic twenty years down the road. Most started under the legal age.
