DOSANJH SHARES ANTI-DRUG VIEWS WITH IDAHO GOV.
Idaho Gov. Dirk Kempthorne joined Premier Ujjal Dosanjh and other
western premiers yesterday at the opening of a three-day summit in
Brandon, Man. on cross-border crime.
Kempthorne said he and Dosanjh share a concern about organized
cross-border crime involving methamphetamine labs and other drugs.
"I do believe that if somebody is going to deal in drugs, you need to
be tough with them," he said.
The premiers will meet with Kempthorne and the governors of North and
South Dakota tomorrow.
