DRUG DEALERS NEEDN'T WORRY ABOUT A RAID
While the Health Department, Liquor Commission and Honolulu Police
Department are carrying out their busts on stores selling liquor to
underage customers, the usual drug and pot dealers continue to operate
every night on Kalakaua, openly and undisturbed.
The pot and drug dealers needn't worry about checking IDs or training
employees to detect fakes; they don't have to post warning signs about
underage purchasers; they don't have to worry about paying a fine or losing
a license; and they don't have to worry about a possible sting operation by
the Health Department, Liquor Commission or the HPD.
Judging from their bold and open activities, they appear to be exempt from
any restrictions.
