DID POLICE IGNORE POT SMOKERS?

What is our town coming to? There was an article about protesters gathering
for the legalization of marijuana. The article reports that 350
participants were involved in the march along our coast. It goes on to
report that several people were smoking marijuana, however no citations
were issued. There is even a photo of what appears to be a protester
smoking marijuana in the park.

Is it suddenly OK to smoke weed in a public park where children play?

Why was the Santa Barbara Police Department not giving citations?

If the article is correct and SBPD was not taking action, I am very
disappointed in our department. Police are sworn to uphold the law, not
look the other way.

Americans are searching for the reasons behind moral decay. Look at what is
happening in our own backyard.
