CANNABIS CLAIMS BIZARRE
IT IS DISAPPOINTING to read letters such as that from T. S. Werstein
(29.5.00) ranging as it does from the bizarre, claiming a new disability
("emotional stasis") to the inaccurate (cannabis is sometimes 1000 times
more powerful). Given its importance, discussion relating to the
liberalisation of the marijuana laws would be better based on fact rather
than spurious claims and assertions.
