WE NEED DISCOURSE ON FAILED WAR ON DRUGS

I am retired. I had hoped that the thirtysomethings would be working
to correct a major policy fiasco created by my generation. Namely our
Drug Policy and its ensuing war. At least we had the guts to admit
that another War was wrong, the one fought in 'Nam.

When will our "Leaders" have the courage to admit that the
multi-billion war on drugs is just plain wasteful and jailing
offenders is destructive.

Its really time to have a national discourse on this
issue.
