WHO'S MISSING THE POINT?

I'm not in favour of the injecting room, but I don't understand what's
happening in the Budget debate. Two of the five Liberals supported the
injecting room, as did five of the five Labor members. Now Dave Rugendyke
is proposing to oppose the Budget, which, if successful, will have the
effect of tipping the Liberals out of government, leaving room for the ALP
to take over - because he doesn't like injecting rooms. Am I missing
something, or is he?
