TWO OFFICERS REASSIGNED
Two Abbotsford police officers who burst in on a children's birthday
party and shot the family dog during a botched drug raid will be
kicked off an elite emergency team. Constable Matthew Sekela has also
been suspended for five days in a ruling yesterday by the B.C. Police
Complaints Commission. He and colleague Constable David Schmirler will
be reassigned.
