HEROIN AMENDMENT
ACT Health Minister Michael Moore was "too embarrassed" to move amendments
that will delay the heroin injecting room legislation, ACT Opposition
Leader Jon Stanhope said yesterday. Mr Stanhope questioned why
Attorney-General Gary Humphries would be moving the amendments at the
Assembly's special sitting tomorrow, something which should be the
responsibility of Mr Moore as health minister.
