Is breaking the Customs Act not considered a federal crime any more?

Some people do not seem concerned about it, including NSW and
Victorian premiers and the State and federal police commissioners who
all seem to ignore the Constitution and their obligations to federal law.

It is a requirement of our democracy that the Minister, in this case
Senator Amanda Vanstone. ensures the Customs Department does its job
properly.

It is time the Government admits drugs are a problem in this country
and seeks help in fixing it.

While Customs bureaucrats lead the Minister down the garden path, the
public has to put up with the reality of Customs' ineptitude.
