ANDERTON LOOKS AT FORESTERS' DRUG USE
Cannabis use among forestry workers is a problem for economic development,
says Alliance leader Jim Anderton.
"I never thought as Minister of Economic Development that I would be
dealing with marijuana as a problem for economic development, but it is,"
he told Parliament's finance and expenditure select committee yesterday.
On the East Coast of the North Island, 73 per cent of forestry workers
surveyed were affected by marijuana.
