LAW HAS GONE TO POT
Ontario's highest court has declared Canadian law forbidding the possession
of marijuana unconstitutional, saying it fails to recognise that people who
suffer from chronic illness can use pot as medicine. The Ontario Court of
Appeal has given the provincial parliament a year to amend the law to allow
medicinal use of marijuana.
