THANKS TO SOROS

I AM quite thankful that George Soros funds efforts to reform our failing
drug policies worldwide. The Lindesmith Center is leading us in the right
direction. For decades, this fight has pitted corrupt legislative and
executive branches of the U.S. government against ignorant people
everywhere. In the 1990s, the Internet changed that, too. People are
learning about the destruction of the drug war. It won't be long before
politicians must answer tough questions regarding drug policies if they wish
to be elected to office.
