TIME FOR SUN PAPER CHAIN TO GROW UP
I simply had to respond to your thoughtless reply to Kevin Gibson and Rick Burnett's Aug. 14 letter - "Fans of Cheech and Chong, are we?" How would Albertans like being referred to as fans of Dukes of Hazzard or Hee Haw?
I think it is about time the Sun paper chain grew up and dropped its "booze good; dope bad" mentality, don't you? I suggest that you should also apologize to the very many sick and terminally ill people that you so often characterize as Cheech and Chong types who only want to have a giggle along with their chemotherapy.
