RE "MEMORY goes to pot," by Licia Corbella (Aug. 29): So Corbella and her
buddies were freebasing coke in high school, but it wasn't their fault,
they were seduced by the dastardly, evil marijuana. I think that it is time
that Licia (and a majority of people in this country) started taking
responsibility for their actions instead of blaming the nearest scapegoat.
