DRUG WAR IS HUGE FIASCO

If you're wondering why there has been widespread support of
Proposition 5, just think about the failures of the drug war. Maybe
people see the failure of the "scare 'em straight" type tactics that
only make the drugs more attractive and want to see a change. Most
adults know the government has been lying about the drug war. People
have died because of marijuana, yes. They have been shot in their
houses, in the wrong houses, even in homes where no drugs were found.
I guess it's OK to kill as long as you find drugs in the person's
house. It doesn't seem to matter, though.
