If Lily Chapman had not been, in the opinion of Sheriff Ken Jenne,
such a likable person, would her daughter and the other woman present
have deserved to be hand-cuffed and told to ``shut the f--- up'' by
the storm troopers?

I don't suppose her grandson Kyune Dukes will ever forget his third
birthday.

Even with the current civil property-forfeiture policies in place and
BSO taking over contracts for everything from city law enforcement to
county code enforcement, I don't think there's enough money in the
budget to cover the costs to Kyune.
