AUTHORITIES SHOULD FOCUS ON REAL PROBLEM
Like many cities on the Mainland, the Hilo community is aware of the
problems that face it each day with the rampant drug use and welfare woes.
It's time to stop this incessant assault from the air on marijuana crops
that costs thousands of dollars an hour. Instead, authorities should target
"ice" and "crack" dealers, who are turning some people into sleep-deprived
killers needing another fix.
