CORONER IDENTIFIES SUSPECT SHOT BY POLICE
A drug suspect who was shot and killed by two Richmond police officers on
Wednesday was identified yesterday by the Contra Costa County coroner's
office as Samuel Gaxiola of Richmond.
Gaxiola, 30, was killed after he allegedly tried to run over the uniformed
officers in the parking lot of the Pacific East Mall.
