SAVING LIVES MORE URGENT THAN SOULS
Thank heaven (and David Marr) for the lucid, reasoned exposition of
the vexed questions concerning the Catholic Church and heroin.
The idea of "saving souls" is ever problematic. Perhaps the church
will learn that "saving lives" is a more urgent and Christian task?
