WHY WASN'T HOME METH LAB MADE SAFE?
Just up the street from me there is a home for sale by a local real estate
firm. We walked over to see it after the family moved.
It had been a meth lab. That's probably why they left in the middle of the
night.
This agent is now trying to sell it. I was under the impression that major
work must be done to get a former meth lab cleaned up. All they have done
is paint and replace carpets.
My concern is: If a family with young children moves in, is it still toxic?
I would hate to see a new couple move in and become sick or something worse.
