LIZARD GUARDED POT
Hamilton Wentworth police, at a recent drug bust, found a monitor
lizard guarding the marijuana growing operation. The 18 kilogram, 1.2
metre lizard was with three small ones and a scorpion. They were
removed by SPCA, which had gone on the bust expecting a guard dog.
