Marijuana crusader Grant Krieger wants the right to deliver cannabis
to bed-ridden, terminally-ill outpatients, his lawyer said in Calgary
yesterday. While the federal government allows dying Canadians to
apply for the right to ingest marijuana, there is no one to supply it,
