NO TO LEGAL CANNABIS USE

SIR - I note that Mr Charles Kennedy, Leader of the Liberal Democrats has
stated his support for the legislation of the use of cannabis. I assume
that this is, therefore, official Liberal Democrat policy and that all
election candidates for this party both local and national are supportive
of the policy

As I and the majority of the population disagree with this view and are
concerned about the use of drugs amongst young people in particular I am
grate=ADful for this clarification.

I will note that the Liberal Democrats are soft on drug use an cast my vote
accordingly elsewhere.
