POT CRUSADER FINED
A Calgary man who wants the right to use and distribute marijuana for
medicinal purposes was fined $350 yesterday for twice breaching a probation
order. Grant Krieger, 46, pleaded guilty in provincial court to two charges
of violating court orders in May and June. He had been ordered to report to
a probation officer monthly after being given an 18-month suspended sentence
in Regina earlier this year for trafficking.
