ADDICTS HAVE THEMSELVES TO BLAME

I do not understand why we have not told these drug addicts and
needle users to leave town and in a hurry. All this talk about
subsidized housing and services is a major concern. When decent
citizens are worried about going downtown and/or parking in a public
place, we have more than a serious problem.

Let's face it, these drug addicts and street people are the authors
of their own lives. Enough already!
