68 DEAD IN DRINKING TRAGEDY
Nearly 250 people, many of them blinded and seriously ill, streamed into
Nairobi hospitals yesterday after drinking home brewed alcohol believed
laced with methanol. The death toll two days after the illicit mixture hit
the streets stood at 68 and police expected more victims.
