FIVE MILLION POUNDS OF HEROIN SEIZED IN DOVER

LONDON, Nov 25 (Reuters) - British police and customs officers have seized
heroin with a street value of more than five 5 million pounds ($7.03
million) after a car was stopped at the port of Dover.

Sixty kilos of heroin were found in a Mercedes car which came in by ferry
from the Belgian port of Ostend, customs officials said on Saturday.

Four Belgians -- two men in their 40s and two women -- were arrested. The
drugs were hidden in three bags.

Belgian police helped British police and customs in the operation which led
to the seizure of the drugs.
