'PROHIBITION' IS THE PROBLEM

Calgary gang activity."
When are people going to learn it's the drug prohibition that fuels
our gangs. We need
to educate, legalize and regulate drugs. Gangs are the ones getting rich off
prohibition. Prohibition has never worked and never will. Is it not
time for a different
approach?
