CLEMENT'S WRONG. SAFE INJECTION SITES HAVE MERIT

Re: "Argue ideas, don't attack MD ethics," Editorial, Aug. 20.

This was an excellent editorial on the Harper Conservatives attacking
the Vancouver injection sites for drug addicts. The Conservatives
seem to want punishment only for drug addicts and will, if they stay
in power, close down all safe injection sites and build more jails.
What a myopic view.

Let's hope we have an election soon and turf these Neanderthal thinkers.
