JUST ASKING FOR TROUBLE
Once again the government sways to the pressure of lobby groups who
have more zeal than intelligence. That is why things like marijuana
are even illegal in the first place.
So now they want to stop inmates from using tobacco (which I
applaud), but it will probably prove to be detrimental to the overall
health of the prison when the riots ensue.
