GUIDELINES REFLECT DRUG CULTURE.
The Kubbys beat the rap by enlisting the aid of attorney Tony Serra,
renowned for his defense of drug dealers throughout the state. Now Kubby
wants to recall a good district attorney if the DA doesn't bow to his
wishes regarding adopting the so-called medical marijuana guidelines of the
Bay Area, hotbed of the Northern California drug culture.
