BIKERS MAY BE SEEKING POT-GROW BABYSITTERS

VANCOUVER - Are the Hells Angels really advertising on a Vancouver-based
computer bulletin board for people to babysit marijuana grow operations?

An anonymous posting on the van.job newsgroup says the "Hells Angels are
hiring."

"We need people to work at our grow operations," states the posting, which
was spotted by the husband of a CBC radio reporter.

"We have many places form(from) the British Properties to Surrey," it
brags. "Take your pick. We pay cash $600 per month, you can stay on welfare."

The advertisement says the bikers can be contacted through any of the
downtown strip bars.

Police say they are taking the ad seriously.
