Your article sheds a poor light on the Vietnamese community in BC.
Having said that why are police not catching the criminals and
deporting them. I am of Vietnamese origin, live and work in
Vancouver. If police know of these so called family units, go after
them. What use is this "police intelligence" if it cannot be used to
enforce the law.
