POT BUST STORY STIRS COMMENTS FROM AFAR

Medical marijuana policing is really a war on the rights of peaceful
citizens. Marijuana is a very useful plant that God gave us all to use
responsibly.

Capt. Jeff Kuhns of the Keizer Police Department raises questions that
goes beyond the bounds of reason. Citizens should demand the privacy
rights that our constitutional laws allow us.

Kuhns suggests that "Individuals issued cards by the State of Oregon
should know they too could be inspected ..." His reasoning comes from
the fact that restaurants are inspected. But restaurants are
commercial ventures not private residences. Commercial ventures do not
have the same privacy rights.

Those who act as warriors in the war on marijuana have done far too
much damage to our system of laws. Our justice system is using an
incredible amount of resource on marijuana alone.

The war on marijuana literally destroys families, careers, lives,
privacy, and certain respect for the law of the land. It's time to say
no to this insane war on citizens and their freedoms.
