MEDICAL-MARIJUANA
The head of the B.C. Medical Association says medical marijuana access
regulations put an unfair responsibility on physicians.
Doctor Heidi Oetter says having physicians sign patient declaration forms

She says most of her colleagues have a lot of discomfort about the chronic
use of pot.
And she says very few doctors have the expertise to know how many
milligrams to dispense.
