LAW AS IT IS ONLY HELPS A FEW
Kudos to columnist Neil Horner for highlighting the two greatest
success stories in the war on drugs.
Not only has Prohibition proven an effective price support scheme for
marijuana growers, it guarantees lifetime employment for those doing
the prohibiting. Making marijuana prohibition a win-win for them.
And it's a loser for the rest of us.
