HEMPFEST CRACKDOWN VIOLATES CIVIL RIGHTS
Re: Hempfest Crackdown
The silver lining is that possession of marijuana is no longer an
offense to law ( www.thepotlawhasfallen.ca).That's right, pot is legal
and has been for years -- something the police and courts seem
reluctant to admit, and the media has been steadfast in refusing to
report.
As for the "impaired" charges involving marijuana, they can be
subjected to a constitutional challenge, so that law can be struck
down as well.
In the meantime, police continue violating people's civil rights and
liberties in the name of "safety."
What balderdash.
We should all be ashamed of allowing ourselves to become slaves to our
own hired public servants.
