CAVALIER MEDICINE
Suggesting Insite provides "prevention" in the case of drug addiction
is an insult to registered nursing standards as well as to medical ethics.
Health Minister Tony Clement is right on.
Only at Insite is the dispensing of unknown drugs and unknown dosages
condoned by nurses and medical staff. As a retired RN, I know this
would certainly never be tolerated at any public hospital or clinic.
Funds for real addiction prevention and treatment would be welcome news.
