DON'T VETO: ETHICS, ID THEFT, DRUG BILLS SHOULD BECOME LAW

House Bill 2668, by Rep. Ray Allen, R-Grand Prairie, which rightly assigns
first-time minor drug possession offenders to community supervision and
rehabilitation. There are other ways to fight crime than overloading
prisons, and Texas has better uses for its cash than building more cells.
This isn't a soft-on-crime bill but one that makes sense for Texans.
