$600,000 in Drugs Seized

Those Arrested Are Linked to Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs

A two-week Vancouver drug squad investigation code-named Operation
Tornado has resulted in the seizure of $600,000 worth of cocaine,
heroin and ecstacy, seizure of $83,000 cash, and drug trafficking
charges against four people.

Antonio Centanni, 40, and Tami Osad, 39, face charges of possession
for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession for the purpose of
trafficking heroin, possession for the purpose of trafficking ecstacy
and possession of the proceeds of crime.

James Matthew Ryan, 35, and Angela Relja, 26, face charges for
possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and heroin.
Vancouver police constable Sarah Bloor said it is believed the four
are associated with outlaw motorcycle gangs, but declined to name the
gangs.

Police seized 5.7 kilos of cocaine, 12.7 grams of heroin and 950
tablets of ecstacy in raids at addresses in the 1900 block of East
7th, the 2800 block of East 1st, and on Pacific Boulevard.

Centanni and Ryan were both on probation when they were arrested.
Relja is six months pregnant and a drug addict.
