GROW-RIPPERS BUST INTO WRONG HOUSE
Three would-be thieves barged into a Cape Horn Avenue home yesterday
morning ready to rip off grow-op equipment and plants. But they couldn't
find any -- the attempted grow-rip was executed on the wrong house.
Coquitlam RCMP said three men, one armed with a gun, invaded the home just
after 2 a.m. and ordered the residents on the floor before searching the
home. After realizing their error, they fled in what is believed to be a
white van.
No one was injured.
