DA KINE OWNER SEEKS JURY
VANCOUVER - The owner of the now-closed Da Kine cafe wants a jury
trial for several charges she faces relating to the sale of marijuana.
Carol Gwilt said yesterday she wants to be judged by her peers
"because most of the people in this country want cannabis to be legal,
as I do." She's charged with trafficking pot at her Commercial Drive
store.
