Good for the judge who upheld California's law permitting medical
marijuana use over the objections of three counties. The California
law might be weaker than federal law, but people who need marijuana
for medical reasons need all the help they can get. When
pharmaceutical companies find a way to make a profit from marijuana,
it will become legal.
